Our Return, Exchange, Cancellation, Refund, and Shipping Policy

At Parvaaz, we’re committed to delivering your favorite Punjabi books across Australia with care and efficiency. Please review our policies below to understand how we handle shipping, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
1) Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, though in most cases, you’ll receive your books even sooner.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Shipping charges are based on the number of items in your order:
1–4 products: $10 flat rate
5 or more products: $20 flat rate
2) Returns & Exchanges
We take great care in packing every order, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
You are eligible for a return or exchange only if:
You receive a wrong item, or
Your product arrives damaged
Such issues are rare, but if it happens, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
3) Cancellation & Refunds
Changed your mind after placing an order? No worries — but timing is important.
You can cancel your order and get a full refund only before your order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
If you’ve received the wrong or damaged item, we will either replace it or issue a refund as per our Returns policy.
