Returns
Please note that our all sales are final and no returns are accepted.Exchange
If you've received the wrong product, then you can exchange it for the same product you've ordered. You can exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you've received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Product will be subject to a thorough quality check to be eligible for an exchange. Parvaaz reserves the right to refuse the exchange if the product is not in its original condition or is damaged.

Cancellation
In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment or placing an order, you can drop an e-mail with the subject line saying "Cancellation" at contact@parvaaz.com.au with your order details. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund.Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are applicable only when your prepaid order is canceled (by you or our team). Once your canceled order is inspected by our team, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.Shipping

We charge a standard delivery amount on every order. Delivery charges will be added to the final amount at checkout.
b) Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we offer delivery services only in Australia.
c) What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of the revised estimated delivery date.
